Seqwater is working with the City of Gold Coast and the Gold Coast Hinterland Pest Management Group for a baiting program in Numinbah Valley from 7 September 2015.

As a landholder, Seqwater has a responsibility to manage pest animals under the Biosecurity Act 2014 and Biosecurity Regulation 2016 and wild dogs are classified as Restricted Biosecurity Matter under Queensland legislation.

1080 (sodium fluoroacetate) (1080) baits will be laid on 7 September 2015 at various locations on Seqwater land along Nerang Murwillumbah Road in Numinbah Valley. The baits will be collected 7 seven days later.
