Recreation upgrade for Ewen Maddock Dam
Seqwater’s Maddock Park and beach will undergo a major facelift ahead of summer with new facilities planned for the recreational area. Harvesting works at Wappa Dam and Ewen Maddock Dam
Seqwater will begin harvesting exotic pine trees around Wappa Dam and Ewen Maddock Dam from August 9 as part of a weed control project to protect the natural vegetation. The harvesting of 14 hectares of land is expected to take three weeks to complete, depending on weather conditions. more...

The Hinze Stage 3 project has now reached its key milestone with the opening of the central clay core. The preparation work has now been completed and the Hinze Dam Alliance is now ready to commence building the 15 metre high extension.
