Seqwater is engaging in civil works at Moogerah Dam that will benefit user experience and safety at these sites. Works will include:

• Repairing and resurfacing the recreation access roads.
• Stormwater drainage system improvements.
• Formalising car parking facilities.
• Improving disability access to site facilities.
• Installing/upgrading signage.

Works are scheduled to commence from 6am Thursday 20 February 2025 (subject to weather and site conditions) and expected to be completed by Wednesday 28 May 2025.

The recreation area will be closed between 6.00am Monday and 4.00pm Friday during construction work, and will be open on weekends and public holidays.

The café at Moogerah Dam will continue to operate during their normal business hours and parking facilities will be available at all times during the work. 

During the closures, please follow any traffic signage in place.
