Suppliers must warrant that they comply with Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct ("Code"). In addition to any specific items mentioned elsewhere in the Code, suppliers must comply with all relevant legislation and standards, including those specific to the goods and/or services they are supplying to Seqwater.

This Code applies to all Seqwater suppliers, or intending suppliers, and should be read in conjunction with the Seqwater Code of Conduct - The way we work.
